I went down to Red River Harley Davidson and dropped some paperwork off with Greg, who runs the Riders Edge program there. Here is Christina & Greg. Christina is one of the sales staff.
Here is Greg & me. I wear that smiley face t-shirt every time I go Wal-Mart. It has an entrance bullet hole between the eyes and on the back, is the exit wound...
Here is Greg & Choyce. Choyce will be my salesman when I get my Road King in the next couple of months, I hope..Just waiting on the word from Janice.. For more on RED RIVER HARLEY DAVIDSON, see this link: http://redriverharley-davidson.com/
Some of the bikes on the showroom floor
One of the great looking display models
The used bikes outside..
This blue on this Fat Boy looked a lot better in person than this pic shows..
Our good friend Ted, traded in his Dyna-Glide, pictured above, on a new Road King. I will be getting with Ted & Inez, here in the next day or two and getting some pics of them and the new bike. Then I will do a post on them. I also will be getting with Sissy. She just got herself a new Tri-Glide Trike and will do a post on her. She went, I was told, to Montgomery Harley Davidson in Alabama to get it. For more on Montgomery Harley Davidson, see this link:

While at Red River Harley Davidson, I got a call from Sheila, who is the seamstress at Surles Loan. Sheila is the BEST seamstress in North Texas-Southern Oklahoma to get patches sewn on your vests. She is quick, inexpensive and professional. Folks from all over come to have their work done because she beats the competition in all areas. I have not heard a single complaint. I left the Harley shop and went to see Sheila. Here is a picture of Surles Loan.
Surles Loan is located at 4132 Burkburnett Rd, just North of the main gate to Sheppard AFB. The phone number to Surles is: 940-855-3241. Sheila also does a lot of alterations and sews on ranks/insignia's on military uniform. She also makes thin military ribbons. She does make name tags and things for our biker vests too. You can contact Sheila with any questions about your alteration/sewing needs, military or civilian at: 940-636-9565
Here is Sheila hard at work. Yes, that is a parrot on her. His name is Dillinger.. Sheila was currently working on some uniforms, but you can see some of her biker work completed and some waiting for her off to her left.
This is Tracy. He is a CMSGT currently stationed at Sheppard AFB. Tracy is also a Sgt at the Dallas Police Department and one of their Motorcycle Sgts. He is one of the many law enforcement officers around the United States that have been activated during the war. Several from the Wichita Falls Police Dept. are also currently on active duty and stationed in Afghanistan. Thank you, Tracy, for your service & sacrifices to the country and as a law enforcement officer protecting & serving in the civilian sector. You are a true hero on two fronts and we salute you!
This is Dillinger, Sheila's parrot, as he sits on Tracy's hand. The bird was talkative
Sheila & Dillinger
Some of the biker vest work completed and to be done..She stays busy there. Folks from as far as Tulsa Oklahoma, have made the ride down to see her because of her work & prices. If you are in the area and need work done, military, biker or other, I HIGHLY recommend Sheila. Give her a call today..
This will conclude this post. I look forward to working on the new blog and will continue to be as diverse and appealing to ALL bikers and riders as the previous two North Texas Biker sites.
