As most of you know, back in January 2008 I purchased an 08 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT and nick named the bike Ms Clone for apparent reasons. After several cross country trips on it the last one being in June 2009, I got back home & I put new rubber, oil & brakes in her & on her and got her ready for the 2010 trips to Arizona and Michigan. On Oct 22, 2009 I purchased an 01 Harley Davidson Heritage
Softail Classic. The economy, sucking like it does, caused us to tighten our belts and Janice said she could no longer make two motorcycle payments and I had to sell either the Vulcan or the Heritage. I chose to sell Ms. Clone. Scroll down and meet the new owner and watch her leave the neighborhood for the last time. REMEMBER: IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE PICTURE BIGGER, JUST CLICK ON THE PICTURE.

This is Matt, the new owner of Ms. Clone. He just backed her out of the garage and was getting ready to leave on her.

My son-in-law, Matt, works with Matt and knew he was talking about getting a bike. So he told him about Ms Clone.

Here I am talking to Matt about the bike. He had come over on the 15
th and taken the bike out for a test drive. Janice & Matt said he was grinning ear to ear when he got back. I talked to him and he seemed pretty excited, just like we all do when we latch onto a good bike..

Saturday, he went and bought this new full face helmet and got insurance on the bike. We met him today and signed papers, that made him the new owner of Ms. Clone.

Here he is leaving on Ms. Clone and my son-in-law (in the car) following him. He was all smiles and excited and very proud of the bike. I know he is going to have a lot of fun and put many, many miles on Ms. Clone. I know she will take care of him, just like she took care of me. I also gave him a Gremlin Bell for those little pain in the butt gremlins that show up every now & then. The previous gremlin bell worked well because I never had any problems with Ms Clone.
This will conclude this post. I wish Matt well and hope he has a lot of fun and puts many miles on his bike as he rides with his dad & brother, locally and cross country..

Continue to pray for our troops in and out of harm's way. Also, continue to pray for Pattie (in Korea) and my niece Steffanie (in the Iraqi Theatre). Thanks...
Until next post, ya'll be careful out there, keep the rubber on the road, keep your head on a swivel and most of all: RIDE SAFE.........................JOHN
Sorry for the loss John, but i imagine that you're really happy seeing Matt's smile...
