From now until the day of the ride, I will be posting the flyer on all the posts here on the blog. Basically: ALL Bikes are welcome and we have some great door prizes. This is a fundraiser ride for the Miracle League "Field of Dreams". Phase I was the building of the ball field that kiddo's with special needs & handicaps, can play baseball on and not get hurt. This even includes kids that are currently in or confined to wheel chairs. The fundraiser ride we are putting on is to help with Phase II, the building of the family friendly Restrooms and Concession stand. I personally invite everyone to attend this worthwhile cause and help us, help the kids who haven't had the chance to play before, have a great place to join together & play America's favorite past time, Baseball. Here is Bud as we make another stop down town at Eddie Hills Fun Cycles. I was needing to talk to Trey, the GM, but he was out, so we left there and headed home.
And the final pic of today, is of Bud as he gets ready to exit US 82..I continued on another mile or so to my exit & then to the house. I enjoyed today's ride with Bud, and going to Texoma Thunder and seeing Jimmy & Macy. If you are in the Wichita Falls Texas area, stop in and check out Texoma Thunder. They carry something for everybody but if they by chance don't have what you're looking for, I bet Jimmy can get it for you. Stop in and see them, they are good people and we need to support this Biker business and all other biker businesses in this area and elsewhere. They are all there for the biking community and without them, we would all be screwed...
